One-on-One Tech Support for Coaches & Holistic Professionals

Are you a coach, massage therapist, acupuncturist, or other holistic professional who knows you need some tech to grow and support your solo business but frankly the whole thing scares you?  Maybe you’ve been paying for a scheduling software and haven’t used it because you really don’t know how to get started? Or you want to do virtual appointments but the idea of virtual appointments is kind of terrifying?

Tech Check is a highly customized program that’s all about getting coaches & holistic professionals the one-on-one support and direction you need to set up & understand systems like Acuity, Google Docs, Zoom, and Square (or maybe other platforms) so you can stop slaving over tech that frustrates you and have more time to focus on things you love- your clients, your family, and yourself.

For 6 weeks, you’ll have:

  • 3 one-on-one calls so that you can get “live” guidance and time to walk through and feel into the systems
  • Step by step reference sheets for different skills so you can refer to them in the future when you think “How did I do that thing?” (Requests accepted)
  • Email/Voxer support between calls so you can get clarity and ask for specific needs before the next call
  • Tech support in getting some of this set up for you and showing you how to use it/maintain it (Yes, I’ll actually do the thing if we feel that’s most helpful)
  • Get clarity around how your Acuity page will look to make it easy for you and your clients to find what you need when you need it (Think using and customizing links for certain appointments, autoreply emails for schedules/changes, creating categories, etc)
  • Get clear on what you want and what you need for it
  • Whatever else we find that needs some love and attention to open up the space you want for things that light you up!
This program is available by application only so we can get clear on your tech desires and if I’m a good fit to help you. I’m here to support you in some basic systems so that you feel more confident and ready to update your solo practice tech.  Or at least understand it well enough to tell someone else what you want. (Because it’s really okay to know that tech isn’t your thing, and it’s important to have some understanding and language to ask for the help you need!)
